_{Note: By submitting a character, you are stating that you have read the rules and will abide by them.}


• No Spamming. It's just annoying, so don't do it. This includes emoticon, thumb, and link spamming as well as trolling. These are all (with the exception of trolling) allowed, just do not use them in excess. Excessive bold and CAPS-lock are also considered a form of spam.

• No Advertising. Links to rooms are prohibited, as well as advertising your own website and artwork.

• Sexually or Otherwise Explicit Role-Playing is Prohibited. Do not request for yaoi/yuri/hentai role-plays, as they are against dAmn policy. Any type of cybering within the chatroom will be reported to a DeviantART administrator and will result in an instant ban. (You may appeal to a Theatre-Master or Concierge to be un-banned through a note.)
You may ask for F/M romance, M/M romance, or F/F romance; however abuse of these terms will result in a kick and recommendation for expulsion.
_{Note: Cybering (cyber-sex) is the term for ‘sexual role-play’. Other terms such a ‘lemoning’ and so on are also unacceptable.}

• User ‘bots’ Must Be Approved. Simple – Do not bring a bot into the chatroom without first getting approval from the Theatre-Master or a Concierge. If approved, they will be placed into the ‘Service-Bots’ user class.
_{Note: ‘Service-Bots is not a role-playing class and is strictly reserved for the select approved bots.}

• Administrator Classes. The two administrator classes, Theatre-Master and Concierge are reserved strictly for the chatroom Admins: please, do not ask to be promoted to either of these classes. Admin classes must be earned – no amount of whining is going to get you promoted to one.


• Please, Use Brackets When OOC. ‘OOC’ referencing ‘Out Of Character’ – simply meaning use brackets when not role-playing. Bold/italic-faced text is not necessary for a role-play post, just exclude the ending brackets and highlight the receiver (by typing the first few letters of their username and pressing ‘TAB’ on the right-hand sector of most keyboards and laptops).

• Be Above The Drama. Considering the vast amount of conflicts and disagreements that may arise while chatting online, please, be mature enough to either:

A. Take it to another room.
B. Settle your argument quickly before it becomes an issue.
C. Don’t be a douche.

If the argument continues, a chatroom administrator will intervene.

• Respect #RPCinema’s administrators and members. Abide by that ever-so-elusive golden rule you obtained in grade-school. ‘Nuff said.

• You Must Be Promoted to A User Class Before You Engage In Role-play. Self-explanatory. Please, post your characters below in the ‘comments’ section of this journal, thank-you.

Multiple warnings will result in a kick/ban.

Theatre-Masters: The ultimate upholder of the #RPCinema’s Decorum, and creator of the chatroom.
Concierge: Enforcers of the law with the ability to kick and ban malefactors. Often referred to as the Theatre-Master’s right-hand.
